Privacy Policy

This policy covers how Arden Wealth & Trust (Switzerland) AG (“AWT”) treats personal information that it collects and receives. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, financial information, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available. 

This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that AWT does not own or control, or to people that AWT does not employ or manage. 

AWT collects personal information when you register with AWT, when you use AWT services, when you visit AWT pages or the pages of certain AWT partners, and when you enter your information on forms on our website. AWT may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies. 

When you register on our website for an ACCOUNT and/or for our NEWLETTER membership, we will under no circumstances share your information with third parties other than required by law and with our infrastructure and IT services providers, who are under strict confidentiality agreements and only as far as necessary to provide the services.  

When you register using our forms, we ask for information that may include your name, email address, birth date, gender, ZIP code, occupation, financial information, industry, personal interests, and other information. For some services, we might also ask for your address and information about your assets.  

AWT may automatically receive and record information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, AWT cookie information, software and hardware attributes, and the page you request. 

AWT uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, fulfil your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients. 

AWT does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances: 

• We may provide limited information to trusted partners or associates who work on behalf of, in cooperation with, or with AWT. These companies or individuals may use your personal information to help AWT communicate with you about services you have requested (support). However, these companies do not have any independent permission to share your information.
• We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
• We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of AWT's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
• Information about you may be transferred if AWT is acquired by or merged with another company.

AWT may display targeted advertisements based on personal information. Advertisers (including ad serving companies) may assume that people who interact with, view, or click targeted ads meet the targeting criteria - for example, men of a certain age range from a particular geographic area.

AWT does not provide any personal information to the advertiser when you interact with or view a targeted ad. However, by interacting with or viewing an ad you are consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the ad.

AWT advertisers may include financial service providers (such as banks, insurance agents, stock brokers and mortgage lenders) and non-financial companies (such as stores, airlines, and software companies).

AWT may set and access AWT cookies on your computer.

We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the AWT service or products or Company news releases, or other information about new developments and the AWT Newsletter, that may be considered part of your account, and will always offer you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.

We limit access to personal information about you to employees or trusted partners who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you in an effort to bring you the information for which you have subscribed.

We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable regulations to protect personal information about you.

AWT may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your AWT account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
